What’s included in the First Month Registration? 
• Consultation (Registration)
• 24 Hour Contact ( Coach in a pocket )
• Full Diet & Grocery List
• Discounted Pep Vita Fit Cardio Essentials 
• 3:1 Workouts 4 days a week 
•Attendance: 
There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes class for the day is cancelled. You can resume the following day. 
3 workouts minimum a week. Optimal results 4 days. More than 6 absences within a month , will result in losing your place in group workout. You’re welcomed to sign up the following & resume workouts. 
•Payment: $250 one time registration fee. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 $𝟏𝟔𝟓/𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆.
• Classes are 4/x a week Monday - Thursday. Missed classes cannot be made up ( unless otherwise determined ).
• RETURNING CLIENTS* After 3 months must signup as a new client.

NO refunds. Once payment is sent you must complete that month. Absolutely no roll-over months or week. 
What’s Next? Within 24 hours you’ll receive your Pre-Workout Evaluation via email. Once you fill out your  Evaluation. I’ll contact you via text. 
All sessions are 100% beginner friendly. Our motto is ‘Stronger than I was yesterday’. We make progress daily. Each week you’ll reach another fitness level.
